The Body R&R Workout is a 60 minute fusion of foam rolling, stretching and relaxation techniques designed to provide the ultimate muscle recovery experience.

Perfect for all fitness levels, Body R&R allows each student to address their personal musculoskeletal challenges, while learning techniques to enhance physical performance and minimize the occurrence of future injuries.  The workout is easily modifiable with variations provided for all moves.  The happy vibe and focus on empowerment through education and action encourages students to feel and be their best.

Our Tools

We use, our signature, Roll Out/Work Out Therapy Balls in every Body R&R Workout.  These 2.5 inch balls are perfect for smoothing out tension in the muscle and releasing tightness in the fascia.

Additional tools, such as stretching straps, 36 inch foam rollers and massage sticks are introduced in the workouts as needed.
